Our Guidelines

LTV: Up to 90% of purchase price and 90% of the renovation expenses. Loans cannot exceed a maximum of 75% of the after repaired value (ARV). Up to 80% cost on purchase only loans. Up to 65% cash-out refinance.

Term: 3-24 month terms are available through various loan products. Please contact us directly for the loan product best suited for your needs.

Rate: 8-11% Interest only

Minimum Credit Score: 600

Points: 4% minimum dependent on loan amount.

Loan Process

  1. Loan Application - Fill out the loan application on our website or the link provided to you from our lending specialist.

  2. Tailor-made Loan - We will work with you to create a loan that suite your needs and best fits your project.

  3. Underwrite the Loan - Once the terms of the deal are agreed upon, we will underwrite your loan and make sure all the necessary documents are in place.

  4. Loan is Funded - Your loan will be funded within 15 days of a fully completed application, appraisals and property valuations are received.
